Every year bk Group holds a major fundraising campaign among its employees. All employees of the company can submit their favorite association or a charity of their choice to this campaign. From all submissions, 15 associations will be selected by lottery, each of which will receive 1000 euros as a donation.

This year’s draw took place on December 16, 2021 as part of the digital bk Group Management Talk.

At the monthly Management Talk, all 200 employees of the company from all over Europe are connected via livestream. They hear news from the bk Group directly from the management and can ask questions live. Thanks to simultaneous translation, this event is barrier-free and allowed all employees to follow the live draw.
